MINIMUM ORDER = HALF CASE (SIX BOTTLES)<br>The 2019 vintage was individually sourced from vineyards within the Heathcote region of Victoria. The blend of the topographical and geographical condition of the ancient red volcanic Cambrian soil of Heathcote results in a wine of regional terroir, character and quality.<br><br>An excellent growing condition during veraison has resulted in a full-bodied and structured wine, highlighting the broad character profile of the Shiraz grape—underlying flavours of blackberry, liquorice and cedar box with some spicy tones of black pepper.<br><br>Tight, silky tannins and supple acid balance complement a balanced and distinctive wine. Matured in 100% new French oak for 12 months, will continue to improve with further cellaring – Best drinking 2023-2030
